E. Joseph Wloszek is a member at Hirzel Law, PLC. where he focuses his practice on community association law, condominium law, homeowners association law, commercial litigation, commercial real estate and general real estate matters. Mr. Wloszek has extensive litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts involving commercial litigation issues and real estate matters. He frequently represents community associations, corporate entities and private individuals throughout Michigan. He is a Certified Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor through the State of Michigan and the immediate past Chair of the Oakland County Bar Association’s Real Estate Committee.
