Prior to joining Hirzel Law, Nick served as a Senior Attorney at King, Tilden, McEttrick & Brink, P.C., where he represented Fortune 100 companies in complex litigation matters, including insurance and healthcare fraud and civil RICO prosecutions. That background informs his disciplined, analytical approach to real estate and commercial disputes, particularly those involving financial misconduct, contractual breaches, and governance issues.
