Taking Advantage of Technology – Conducting both Association and Board meetings via telephone and video communications.  This seminar would address statutory law, document requirements, and mechanisms for holding meetings and voting via remote communication.

 

Reinforcing the fiduciary duties of directors and officers – Have a manager and attorney talk about the underlying duties of officer/directors and how to emphasize the importance of adhering to those duties in the course of administering the association and steering away from conflict of interest.
