A site condominium is a type of condominium that exists in Michigan and is composed of single-family homes. Site condominium units are still subject to restrictions contained in a Master Deed and Condominium Bylaws and it is important that purchasers review the Master Deed and Condominium Bylaws before purchasing. Many people that buy a home in a site condominium do not realize that they are actually buying into a condominium that is governing the Michigan Condominium Act, MCL 559.101, et seq. Kevin Hirzel was recently interviewed by Murray Feldman on the Feldman Report on WWJ AM 950 on tips for purchasing site condominium units.
