Nicole Sierra holds a Bachelor of Legal Studies from Brandman University. Her recent professional experiences include serving as a Community Association Portfolio Manager in both Florida and Michigan. She brings a diverse background, having previously served in the US Coast Guard where she held the positions of a damage controlman and a member of the Training Center Cape May Honor Guard. Alongside her military service, she has ventured into hospitality management and assumed the role of a Project Engineer with a Mechanical Contractor in Florida.

Mrs. Sierra’s credentials include the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), as well as the US Coast Guard Achievement Medal for her outstanding contributions. At Hirzel Law, she fulfills the role of a Legal Assistant, providing indispensable support to the paralegal team as well as the collections and litigation attorneys.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Mrs. Sierra finds solace in outdoor activities, particularly kayaking and hiking. She and her wife share a passion for taking their dogs on hikes and to dog parks. Additionally, she is an enthusiastic reader and is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), where she actively participates in the Awards Committee.
