Erin R. Katz is a Senior Attorney at Hirzel Law, PLC and specializes in civil litigation and community association law. Ms. Katz is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in classic studies. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, cum laude, in January 2008 with a concentration in litigation and served as the Managing Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. Ms. Katz is admitted to practice in all areas of the law in all state courts in the State of Michigan as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of Michigan, United States District Court for the Western Division of Michigan, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern Division of Michigan, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western Division of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
